Shipping Methods

Our orders follow these shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days.
  • Extended Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 8-15 business days.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method available and the destination. Please note that these times do not include order processing times. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Returns and Refunds

At Daily Diffuser, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of a defective or damaged product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return due to defect or damage, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the defective or damaged item.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process

Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account first. If the refund is not reflected, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time before your refund is officially posted.
